Sehr geehrter Leser ...., hallo.... sehr geehrter Tennis-Coach-Kollege ...,
das Thema "Digitalisierung im Tennis" ist ein extrem interessantes wie aber auch sehr wichtiges Thema…, aus meiner Sicht auf einen Bereich, der eigentlich heute mit das Herz-Stück der Coaching-Arbeit im Sport wie auch im Tennis ausmacht..., in aller „Munde“ und von Experten immer wieder hoch gelobt und als vordergründig über alles und im absoluten Fokus stehend propagiert...., nur wenn man mal wirklich genau "hinschaut" und versucht, "Konkretes" speziell für die Coaching-Arbeit „on- wie off-Court“ zu erkennen, und das gerade im nicht immer „hoch professionellen“ Bereich, dann wird's auf einmal doch eher "dürftig" ...., obwohl eigentlich gar nicht nötig.
Warum wohl …?
Wer nicht wirklich bereit resp. in der Situation ist, individuell deutlich "in die Tasche zu greifen" und "einiges (für sich) zu investieren", wird sich sehr schnell wundern, wie die Realität aussieht ....., da sich eine Abhängigkeit an die nächste reiht ..., bis die "Kette" fast kein Ende zu nehmen scheint und dadurch die "Gefahr" des "lohnt sich nicht" bzw. "zu aufwendig" immer "näher rückt", von den Kosten des Ganzen in der End-Summe mal ganz abgesehen...., ach ja, vor allem das stets erwähnte Argument des „oh, bloß nichts Kompliziertes oder Aufwendiges…, aber am Besten etwas, mit dem „man ganz einfach alles machen kann“.
„Alles ganz einfach machen“ heißt aber auch u.U. ein wenig „Komplexität“ zu verstehen und was das „Anwenden“ betrifft, in der Sache auch zu „beherrschen“ und „steuern“ zu können im Rahmen seiner Arbeitsweise.
Die Bereitschaft zudem, ein „technisch-basiertes Coaching-Model“ für seine Arbeit zu adaptieren, dem man sich auf Dauer mit Sicherheit nicht entziehen kann, wenn man „Modern“ und auffällig „vorteilhaft“ arbeiten möchte, ist auch noch zu erwähnen, weil für Alternativen wirklich keine Freiräume so einfach auffindbar sind, und letztendlich die so einfach „verbal formulierten Ansprüche“ hinter dem „Leistbaren“ zurück bleiben…
Je umfangreicher also die dafür notwendigen technischen Komponenten sind, desto gleich groß ist auch der Anspruch an den Coach, sein modernes Coaching-Umfeld auch zu „beherrschen“.
Mit das Wichtigste, was es gilt im Kontext zum Thema „Digitalisierung“ unter anderem herauszustellen, ist der sog. "situative Mehrwert" in der Coaching-Arbeit, der defacto tatsächlich "mess- wie präsentierbar" ist und dadurch dem Tennis-Coach tatsächlich effektiv zum "Vorteil der Coaching-Arbeit und seiner zu betreuenden Spieler/Schüler unter die Arme greift“ im Sinne einer qualitativen Arbeits-Optimierung, dieser Faktor wird nicht immer primär erwähnt.
So gut wie jeder Tennis-Coach nimmt für sich mehr oder weniger in Anspruch, seine Arbeit, so aufwendig und umfangreich sie auch praktisch sein mag, mit einem "umfassenden professionellen Stempel" zu versehen..., so wie es der von "Herzen begeisterte" Tennisspieler in seinem Aktionismus auf dem Platz auch tut.
Nicht der Spieler bringt die Digitalisierung für den Coach mit zu seinen Trainings-Events und Matches, das sollte schon in eigener Verantwortung des verantwortlichen Tennis-Coaches selbst liegen und dessen Zielsetzung sein...., nein, es ist vor allem "der Kopf und das Know-How und die Ideen-Creativität" des Trainers mit seinem Erfahrungs-Schatz, den es gilt von Seiten des Coaches einzusetzen.
Letztendlich war und ist immer auch noch der "Erfindungs-Reichtum und die Ideen-Vielfalt" des wirklich interessiert arbeitenden Coaches das wahre "Schöpferische" im Coaching und das in allen Sport-Arten.
Und da sollte insofern gerade die Digitalisierung nicht "ausgeklammert" sein, weil die Möglichkeiten natürlich vorhanden sind ...., warum das Spektum stattdessen in den aller meisten Fällen so "rar" aussieht wie es so häufig vorzufinden ist, liegt doch nicht am „Zeitfenster“, in dem wir derzeit leben…, stattdessen wird wie in Ur-Alt-Zeiten in den meisten Fällen die „rein verbale Interkommunikation“ dem „Aktions-Raum“ überlassen.
Insofern nutzt die Coach-Seite in den wirklich allermeisten Fällen, was eigene Arbeits-Strukturen und -Organisationsformen betrifft, nicht wirklich immer unserer Zeit entsprechende optimierende Arbeitsmittel-Mittel und -Methoden (Ausnahmen bestätigen leider immer noch die Regel…)
Mein "Schlüssel-Erlebnis" dazu, an das ich mich in diesem Kontext noch heute erinnere, geht zurück in die Jahre 1999 / 2000 nach BCN in Spanien.
Denn da fiel mir der spanische Ex-Tennis-Profi Sergio Casal ein..., der genau damals (... man höre und staune...) im Rahmen meiner Lizenz-Fortbildung der spanischen Pro-Coaching-Lizenz in BCN selbst zu diesem Thema "aus seiner persönlichen "damaligen" Einschätzung und Sichtweise" auf Spanisch "sinngemäss" sagte…, ja eher schon "ein wenig beklagte, nämlich ..., dass aus seiner Sicht die im "Sport-Coaching" verfügbaren "Hilfs-Mittel und Möglichkeiten technischer Ausprägung" deutlich verbessert werden müssten ...., ...und sehr viele dortige Anwesende, spanische wie internationale Tennis-Trainer "stimmten dem bei" ..., ...er meinte weiter, wie effektiv es wäre, "nur EINE persönlich wie einfach "zu handelbare Gerätschaft"dafür zu haben, mit der der Coach alles machen kann..., …für sich selbst als Trainer einerseits aber wie auch für den Spieler....", wie wahr...., und was das Grundsätzliche in Punkto „Basisarbeit“ betrifft, so war es doch der Verband Deutscher Tennislehrer (VDT), der von mir in meiner Ausbildungszeit seinerzeit zur staatlichen Prüfung forderte, über alle meine Trainer-Arbeiten ein ausführliches belegbares manuelles Tätigkeits-Logbuch zu führen…., was ich auch später („im Grundsatz“) beibehielt ….,
und genau diese "Worte" von Segio Casal einerseits resp. meine VDT-Ausbildungs-Anforderungen trieben mich in 2020 tatsächlich noch einmal an, all das mal auch „in digitaler Form“ auszuprobieren ...
Viele meiner Kollegen wissen es und haben es häufig auch immer wieder gerne zitiert ....: Die "Wahrheit" liegt auf dem Platz.... wie wahr....,
und dabei ist doch, was den umfänglichen Kontext dieses Spruches betrifft, sehr häufig eigentlich gerne immer "nur" der Tennis-Spieler | -Akteur im ersten Moment gemeint ....., nur, dass dieser Ausspruch ebenso (... und "Gott sei Dank" ...) auch und insbesondere nicht nur den Spieler betrifft, sondern auch für den Trainer / Coach selbst gilt und Bedeutung hat, das wird sehr oft vergessen und ausgeblendet ....., denn auch für ihn (den Coach selbst) liegt "Wahrheit, Professionalität und Erfolg" (mit und für seinen "Zögling") schließlich auch immer noch auf dem Platz ....
Gerade in den "zentralen" Dingen des beruflichen Sport-Coachings, nämlich...

IN WELCHER FORM UND
MIT WELCHER "ORGANISATORISCHEN WIE AUCH "SYSTEMISCH" funktionalen Art und Weise und
in welcher "IDEEN-REICHer u. attraktiver Form" und
mit welchen Detaillierten Analyse-Ergebnissen und -Erkenntnissen
der Coach seinen(m) Spieler(n) gegenüber "praktisch" wie auch "verständlich" on- wie off-Court jederzeit gezielt alles präsentieren kann…
das ist doch immer wieder letztlich das Entscheidende.
Was Sie auf den nachfolgenden Seiten sehen werden, ist das defakto „erreichte Ziel“ meiner lang-jährigen "Idee resp. Vision", die ich nach modernen Aspekten umsetzen wollte.
Habe zumindest erst mal verbal das Ganze im Dezember 2022 in München mit einem ehemaligen Profi-Spieler „erörtert“ (Verbands-unabh. Coach), und zusätzlich noch einmal mit einem ex. CH-Profi-Spieler in Straubing im Mai 2023 verifiziert…, ja …, es hat wohl beide „erschlagen“ …bezgl. der Granulierungs-Tiefe, und was die Funktionen um die "System-basierte Coaching-Arbeit" in dieser Breite und Tiefe betrifft.
Dass dieses System im Kern wie in der Gänze (ausgenommen sind die Professionellen Online-Service-basierten „Analytischen-Dienstleister-Module“, die eine Internet-Konnektion erfordern...) völlig autonom ohne Infrastruktur-Anbindungen arbeiten kann, ist ein wichtiges zu erwähnendes Merkmal ...., der Coach selbst entscheidet also situativ über alles, was auf die jeweiligen Örtlichkeiten wie auch Spieler „passt“…., und das alles auf Basis einer sog. „One-Device-Technik“.
"DIGITALISIERUNG pur“ für präzise Arbeitsweise und Ergebnis-Gestaltung aus dem Coaching-Prozess mit messbaren Performances "Overall" und einem integrierten passenden modularen System-Tool-Baukasten in Form funktionaler Zusatz-Module....,
das heißt somit aber auch, dass all das, was ein Tennis-Coach für sich als "Erkenntnis- wie Informations-Lieferant" durch weitere digitale Funktionen im Einklang zu seiner Coaching-Tätigkeit findet und diese nutzen möchte, jederzeit in das Gesamt-System technisch formal "einbindbar" sind.
Soweit erforderliche Infrastrukturen für die Nutzung erforderlich sind, müssen diese natürlich gegeben sein.
Was noch zu erwähnen ist für Freunde von Internet-basierten Applikationen und Services ist das, dass es problemlos möglich ist, aus dem Kernsystem „Smart-Pro-Tennis-Coach“ selbst heraus einen Online-Service (wie z.B. Wingfield-LK-System, KITRIS, DartFish, PlaySight, TennisAnalytics oder ähnliches wie auch 40LOVE.AI ....) zu starten und per "User-LogIn" zu nutzen (soweit eine existente Internet-Konnektivität das natürlich erst ermöglicht) und auch diese Ergebnisse z.B. in der Match-Tracker-Resultats-Section zur jeweiligen Spieler-Person als Dokumentation abzulegen - es ist eine somit weitere zusätzliche Möglichkeit, das Anwendungs-Spektrum selbst bezgl. Umfang und Inhalt für sich zu bestimmen.
Mein FAZIT resp. meine Erkenntnis dieses ganzen Projektes:
Auf jeden Fall bleibt für mich hier abschließend festzustellen, dass es ein solches „Coaching-System für die Sportart Tennis“ in dieser digitalen Form wie Informations-Breite und Details-Komplexität mit Stand-Alone- und „One-Device“ und Offline- wie aber auch Online-Charakter / -Möglichkeiten, aber auch mit den optionalen externen wie generellen Anbindungs-Möglichkeiten über alle hierfür sonst üblichen Funktionalitäten, bisher so in dieser Form für die Coaching-Arbeit eines Trainers tatsächlich (auch in anderen Ländern) „offiziell“ NICHT gibt …., es sei denn der eine oder andere Tennis-Coach „schafft für sich ganz individuelle Einzel-Lösungen an…, ach ja …, es sei aber auch unbedingt an dieser Stelle noch zu erwähnen, …dass der „Coach selbst und sein Kopf“ in jedem Fall weiterhin natürlich die „Haupt-Rolle spielen“ und zusammen „homogen funktionieren“ müssen und dass dafür gerade vom Coach selbst auch eine „unvoreingenommene Bereitschaft“ resp. „Überzeugung“ in Bezug auf eine Digitalisierung im Tennis-COACHING praktiziert werden muss ….😉
Dieses System ist völlig frei von jeglicher „Fremd-Bestimmung“ konstruiert, was Gestaltung, Methodik, Formalität, Funktionalitäten, Philosophie wie auch Individualitäten im „praktischen Tun“ betrifft…., und wenn der Coach tatsächlich mal etwas nicht selber weiß oder selbst erkennt resp. eine Art „zusätzliche Absicherung“ wünscht, was auch immer …, dann kann er ja wie sonst auch für ihn selbst vielleicht üblich, noch einen „KI-/AI-/Algorithmus-basierten Coaching-Analyse-Dienst“ als externen Service unterstützend zur Hilfe nehmen, der ihm dann auch noch weiter hilft …, unter Beachtung der technisch erforderlichen Rahmenbedingungen grundsätzlich alles machbar…., und das alles mit einem einzigen Tablet-Device …., eine „sportliche“ gelöste Aufgabe, die eigentlich auch eine Herausforderung für Sport-spezifische Fachverbände gewesen wäre…, ein technisch wie Fach-spezifisches Business-Modell mit Zukunft hätte es sein können….
Als ich in 2020 mit dieser mir selbst gestellten Projekt-Aufgabe begann, wusste ich natürlich nicht, wo ich Ergebnis-mäßig tatsächlich „würde ankommen“…, heute weiß ich, dass es „nicht umsonst“ war …., ZIEL ERREICHT …., denn es hat sich gelohnt zu erfahren, dass „es tatsächlich geht …“, ein „Zeichen“ auch gerade auch jene, die da bisher anderer Meinung waren und sind.
Und nun ist es doch der Beleg dafür, dass „Digitalisierung im Tennis-Coaching“ in dieser integrativen Form im Rahmen der „Smart-Device-Technik“, so wie ein Tennis-Coach in allen Leistungs-Sektoren arbeitet resp. arbeiten möchte, „geht“ …., ob der eine oder andere es glauben mag oder nicht …, und ich denke, dass dieses in sich abgestimmt „gestaltete digitale Produkt“ sicherlich in der Zukunft „Interessenten finden“ wird. Allein auch schon das einfache Handlings-Gefühl („Aufklappen / Aufstellen / Arbeiten / Zuklappen“) und das Wissen „immer alles up-to-Date für und bei sich parat zu haben“ …) in Form des für uns heute doch so vertrauten „gängigen Tablets“, hat mir auch schon irgendwie „Spaß und Laune“ bereitet…, abgesehen davon, dass das Tablet als doch voll mediales Arbeits-Gerät, auf dem der Coach alles organisatorisch administrative für seine Arbeit „bündeln“ kann, alles voll zur Geltung kommen lässt…, mit die wichtigste Erfahrung / Bestätigung…, mein Grundsatz: …was ich mache, mach‘ ich richtig, oder garnicht….
Und gerade deswegen darf / muss ich erwähnen, dass es durch die Digitalisierung in Bezug auf Umfang, Breite und Komplexitäten im Coaching und mit einem eigentlich auch immer vorhandenen „historisierenden Blickwinkel im Coaching“ und eben keiner reinen sog. „Moment-Aufnahme“ bedarf und genau dadurch von Seiten des Coaches auch ein unbedingt professionelles "arbeitsmäßiges Engagement in der Sache" erforderlich ist ...., so war es…, so ist es …., und so wird es immer sein …., und genau deshalb stelle ich in absolut guter Absicht restlos alles an Informationen für ernsthaft Interessierte hier auf dieser Webseite bereit ….
Ich hoffe, ich habe Ihnen, lb. Leser, sowie allen Interessenten mit diesen Worten keine „kostbare Zeit geraubt" ...., möge dennoch vielleicht der eine oder andere positive Gedankengang, den der interessierte Leser bei sich „generiert“, auch zu einem gedanklichen Vorteil in dessen Coaching-Arbeit führt.

El tema de la "digitalización en el tenis" es un tema extremadamente interesante pero también muy importante..., desde mi punto de vista sobre un área que constituye la pieza central del trabajo de coaching en el deporte, así como en el tenis..., en toda la "boca" y siempre muy elogiado por los expertos y propagado como superficial sobre todo y en el enfoque absoluto..., solo si realmente "miras" de cerca y tratas de reconocer "lo concreto", especialmente en el campo no siempre altamente profesional, entonces, como siempre se vuelve "muy escaso" ...., aunque en realidad no es necesario.
¿Por qué...?
Cualquiera que no esté realmente dispuesto o en la situación de "meter la mano en el bolsillo" individualmente y "invertir algo (por sí mismo)", se sorprenderá muy rápidamente de cómo es la realidad ..... ya que una dependencia se alinea con la siguiente ... hasta que la "cadena" casi no parece tener fin y, por lo tanto, el "peligro" del "no vale la pena" o "demasiado costoso". cada vez "se acerca", aparte del costo del conjunto en total...
Cuanto más extensos sean los componentes necesarios y, por supuesto, mayores sean las dependencias entre sí, así como las "susceptibilidades funcionales del conjunto" en términos de operación, mantenimiento, etc.
Además, en la gran mayoría de los casos, sin embargo, todo está "instalado de forma fija" debido a los factores mencionados y, por lo tanto, no es realmente "utilizable para móviles".
Por supuesto, la "digitalización en el deporte y (en particular) aquí en el tenis" tiene bastante "aspectos diferentes" ....., por un lado en el campo del "entretenimiento privado entre los jugadores de tenis" (expresado tan "divertido" por mí)..., pero, y de eso se trata principalmente, el llamado "valor añadido situacional" en el trabajo de coaching, que de hecho es realmente "medible como presentable" y, por lo tanto, ayuda efectivamente al entrenador de tenis en "en beneficio de sus jugadores/estudiantes a cuidar" en el sentido de optimizar su trabajo.
Casi todos los entrenadores de tenis se aprovechan más o menos de proporcionar su trabajo, por elaborado y extenso que sea práctico, con un "sello profesional integral"... al igual que lo hace el tenista "entusiastado por el corazón" en su accionismo en el campo.
Y, por supuesto, el jugador no trae la digitalización para el entrenador a sus eventos de entrenamiento y partidos, el propio entrenador de tenis responsable debería hacerlo bajo su propia responsabilidad y ser su objetivo..., porque no solo trae sus utensilios de entrenamiento, incluidos los materiales de entrenamiento como raquetas, etc...., no, es sobre todo "la cabeza y el know-how y su creatividad de ideas" del entrenador con su tesoro de experiencia lo que debe usar.
En última instancia, la "riqueza de la invención y la diversidad de ideas" fue y sigue siendo la verdadera "creativa" de esta actividad en todos los tipos de deportes.
La digitalización no debería estar "excluida", porque las posibilidades están, por supuesto, disponibles .... por qué el espectro se ve tan raro en la mayoría de los casos como se encuentra tan a menudo, no se debe a la "ventana de tiempo" en la que vivimos actualmente..., en cambio, como en los tiempos antiguos, el "espacio de acción" se deja a la "intercomunicación puramente verbal".
Pero en la gran mayoría de los casos, en lo que respecta a sus propias estructuras y formas de organización de trabajo, el lado del entrenador tampoco utiliza realmente herramientas y métodos de trabajo que se adapten a nuestro tiempo.
Ya está claro que esto, por supuesto, modifica o cambia el trabajo del entrenador, pero esto hace que el trabajo sea un poco más "de alta calidad" en general, especialmente en el coaching profesional, se trabaja a este nivel, que es importante agotar cada vez más, porque como dice el refrán: "El hombre/la mujer es él mismo ...".
Mi "experiencia clave", que todavía recuerdo hoy en este contexto, se remonta a los años 1999 / 2000 a BCN en España.
Porque me llamó la mente el ex profesional del tenis español Sergio Casal... quien en ese momento (... se escuchas y se sorprende...) como parte de mi formación de licencia de la licencia de pro-coaching española en BCN mismo sobre este tema "desde su evaluación y punto de vista personal "en español "en el sentido" (en español "significado" dijo: ...solo tienes un pequenio ordenador personal que puedes trabajar por y con el Coach/Player sobre todos en el sector de "Coaching esportivo" ...) ya se había quejado bastante "un poco", a saber, que desde su punto de vista "en el momento", los "medios de ayuda y las posibilidades de la expresión técnica" disponibles en el "coaching deportivo" tendrían que mejorarse significativamente ...., ...y muchos de los presentes allí, Los entrenadores de tenis españoles e internacionales "estaban de acuerdo con esto" ..., "...dijo incluso entonces lo efectivo que sería tener "solo UN "dispositivo" personal simplemente "negociable" con el que el entrenador puede hacer todo..., con y para el entrenador, pero por un lado, pero también para el jugador...", qué cierto..., y exactamente estas "palabras" realmente me impulsaron de nuevo en 2019 ......., Sergio Casal lo sabría (de tiempos anteriores), "hoy" tal vez le daría una "sonrisa ligeramente sonriente ......".
Muchos de mis colegas lo saben y a menudo les ha gustado citarlo una y otra vez ....: La "verdad" está en el campo.... qué cierto...,
Y sin embargo, en lo que respecta al amplio contexto de este dicho, muy a menudo siempre le gusta "solo" el jugador de tenis | -actor en el primer momento ....., solo que este dicho también (... y "gracias a Dios" ...) también y en particular no solo se aplica al jugador, sino que también se aplica al propio entrenador / entrenador y tiene importancia ..... El entrenador presenta específicamente a su(s) jugador(s) a "práctico" y "comprensible" tanto en la cancha como fuera de la cancha,
lo cual es crucial una y otra vez.
El hecho de que me interese el tema, especialmente en lo que respecta a los factores básicos de "aportar y realizar", también tiene un
trasfondo real y experimentado...
Lo que verá en las siguientes páginas es defacto el objetivo alcanzado de mi idea de muchos años resp. visión que quería implementar de acuerdo con aspectos modernos.
Al menos "discutí" verbalmente todo en diciembre de 2022 en Múnich con un ex jugador de la Copa Davis (hoy Verbands-unabh. Entrenador), y además con un ex. Jugadores profesionales de CH en Straubing en mayo de 2023..., sí ..., probablemente ambos "golpeados" ... con respecto a la profundidad de la granulación, y con respecto a las funciones en torno al trabajo de entrenamiento interno del sistema en esta amplitud y profundidad y que este sistema puede trabajar de forma completamente autónoma sin conexiones de infraestructura, si aún desea funciones con conexiones de infraestructura, todavía puede usarlas ...., el propio entrenador decide situacionalmente todo lo que "se adapta" a los respectivos lugares..., y todo sobre la base de una "técnica de un solo dispositivo".
"DIGITALIZACIÓN pura" para una forma precisa de trabajar y un diseño de resultados del proceso de coaching con rendimientos medibles "en general" y un kit de herramientas de sistema modular integrado como un paquete adicional funcional....,
Sin embargo, esto también significa que todo lo que un entrenador de tenis encuentra por sí mismo como "proveedor de conocimiento e información" a través de otros productos digitales en línea con su actividad de coaching y quiere utilizarlos, es técnicamente formalmente "intectable" en todo el sistema en cualquier momento. En la medida en que se requieran infraestructuras funcionalmente necesarias para su uso, por supuesto, deben estar presentes.
Exactamente ese fue de nuevo mi objetivo central y autodeclarado en 2019 en ese momento ...., que era importante lograr no solo "verbalmente", sino "proactivamente práctico"...
Lo que hay que mencionar para los amigos de las aplicaciones y servicios basados en Internet es que todavía es posible iniciar y utilizar fácilmente desde el propio #sistema central ProTeCoSys un servicio en línea (como el sistema Wingfield-LK, KITRIS o similar ....) Por supuesto, en términos de alcance y complejidad, también requiere un "compromiso práctico profesional" por parte del entrenador ....

Why...?
Those who are not really ready or in the situation to individually clearly "reach into the pocket" and "invest something (for themselves)", will very quickly wonder what the reality looks like ....., since one dependence follows the next ..., until the "chain" seems to take almost no end and thus the "danger" of the "not worth it" or "too complex" "moves closer and closer", apart from the costs of the whole thing in the final sum ....
The willingness to adapt a "business model" that cannot be avoided should also be mentioned, because no freedom is so easy to find for alternatives.
The more extensive the necessary components are, the greater the dependencies on each other, as well as u. U. the "functional vulnerabilities of the whole" with regard to operation, maintenance, etc.
In addition, in the vast majority of cases everything is also "fixedly installed" and therefore not really "mobile useable".
Of course, the "digitalisation in sports and especially here in tennis" certainly also has "different aspects" ....., on the one hand in the area of a "private entertainment among tennis players" (expressed so "fun" by me) ..., but, and that's what I'm primarily concerned here, the most important thing is the so-called "situational added value" in coaching work, which is de facto "measurable as well as presentable" and thus actually effectively helps the tennis coach for the "advanage of coaching work and his players/students to be supervised" in the sense of a qualitative work optimisation, this factor is not always primarily mentioned.
As much as almost every tennis coach more or less claims to provide his work, no how complex and extensive it may be practical, with a "comprehensive professional stamp"..., just as the tennis player who is enthusiastic about his hearts" does in his actionism on the court.
It is not the player who brings the digitalisation for the coach to his training events and matches, that should already be the responsibility of the responsible tennis coach himself and his goal...., no, it is above all "the head and the know-how and the idea creativity" of the trainer with his wealth of experience, which must be used on the part of the coach.
Ultimately, the "wealth of invention and the variety of ideas" of the really interested coaches was and still is the true "creative" in coaching and in all types of sports.
And in this respect, digitisation should not be "excluded", because the possibilities are of course available ...., why the spectrum instead looks so "rare" in most cases as it is so often found, is not due to the "time window" in which we currently live..., instead, as in primeval times, the "purely verbal intercommunication" is left to the "space of action" in most cases.
In this respect, the coach site, in the vast majority of cases, with regard to its own work structures and forms of organisation, does not always use optimising work equipment means and methods corresponding to our time (exceptions unfortunately still confirm the rule...)
My "key experience", which I still remember in this context today, goes back to the years 1999 / 2000 to BCN in Spain.
Because that's when I remembered the Spanish ex-tennis professional Sergio Casal..., who exactly at that time (... listen and be amazed...) as part of my license training of the Spanish pro-coaching license in BCN itself on this topic "from his personal "at that time" assessment and point of view" in Spanish "sense" said "according to meaning" ..., yes rather already "a little, namely ..., that from his point of view the "aids and possibilities of technical characteristics" available in "sports coaching" had to be significantly improved ...., ...and many of Spanish and international tennis coaches present there "agreed" ..., he went on to say how effective it would be to have only ONE personally and easily "easible equipment" for it, with which the Coach can do everything..., ...for himself as a coach on the one hand but also for the player....", how true....,

At least first verbally "discussed" the whole thing in December 2022 in Munich with a former professional player (Verbands-unabh. Coach), and additionally once again with an ex. CH professional player in Straubing in May 2023 verified..., yes ..., it probably "killed" both ... regarding the granulation depth, and regarding the functions around the "system-based coaching work" in this breadth and depth.
The fact that this system can work completely autonomously without infrastructure connections in the core as well as in its entirety (with the entirety (with the exception of the professional online service-based "analytical service provider modules", which require an Internet connection...) is an important feature to mention ...., the coach himself therefore decides situationally about everything that "fits" the respective locations as well as players"..., and all this on the basis of a so-called "one device technique".
"Pure Digitalisation" for precise working method and result design from the coaching process with measurable performances "Overall" and an integrated matching modular system tool kit in the form of functional additional modules....,
However, this also means that everything that a tennis coach finds for himself as a "knowledge and information supplier" through further digital functions in harmony with his coaching activity and wants to use them, can be technically formally "included" in the overall system at any time.
Insofar as the necessary infrastructures are required for use, these must of course be in place.
What still to be mentioned for friends of Internet-based applications and services is that it is easily possible to start an online service (such as Wingfield-LK-System, KITRIS, DartFish, PlaySight, TennisAnalytics or similar as 40LOVE.AI ....) from the core system "Smart-Pro-Tennis-Coach" and to use it via "User-LogIn" (as far as an existing Internet connectivity allows this of course) and also to store these results, e.g. in the match tracker results section for the respective player as documentation - it is thus another additional possibility to use the application spectrum itself regarding To determine the scope and content for themselves.
My CONCLUSION resp. Knowledge of this whole project:
In any case, it remains for me to conclude that there is such a "coaching system for the sport of tennis" in this digital form such as information and detail complexity with stand-alone and "one device" and offline as well as online character / possibilities, but also with the optional external and general connection possibilities via all other usual functionalities, so far in this form actually (also in other countries) "officially" does NOT exist ...., unless one or the other tennis coach "creates very individual individual solutions for himself ..., oh yes ..., but it should also be mentioned at this point, ... that the "coach himself And his head" in any case must continue to "play the main role" and "function homogeneously" together and that especially from the coach also an "unbiased readiness" resp. "Convincion" with regard to digitization in the subject of COACHING must be shown .... 😉
This system as a whole has been deliberately constructed completely free of any "foreign determination" in terms of methodology, formality, philosophy, sequence as well as individualities and national regulations in the way of working.
From my point of view, all modules integrated in the system are functionally very suitable for coaching work and have been extensively tested and functioned without problems and fulfilled exactly their purpose...., just as the tennis coach needs it for his work situationally.
When I started in 2020 with this self-imposed project task, of course I did not know where I would actually "arrive" in terms of results..., today I know that it was "not for nothing" ...., GOAL ACHIEVED ...., because it was worth knowing that "it works ...".
And precisely for this reason I may / must mention that it is necessary due to digitization in terms of scope, breadth and complexities in coaching and with an actually always existing "historicizing perspective in coaching" and just not a pure so-called "momentary recording" and precisely because of this, an absolutely professional "work-based commitment to the matter" is required on the part of the coach ...., so it was..., so it is ...., so it will always be ....

Il tema "digitalizzazione nel tennis" è un argomento estremamente interessante e ma anche molto importante..., dal mio punto di vista su un'area che in realtà costituisce oggi il pezzo di cuore del lavoro di coaching nello sport e nel tennis..., in tutte le "bocche" e sempre elogiato dagli esperti e propagato come superficiale al di sopra di tutto e al centro assoluto...., solo se si "guarda" da vicino e si cerca di riconoscere "concreti" per il lavoro di coaching dentro e fuori campo, soprattutto nell'area non sempre altamente "professionale", allora diventa improvvisamente piuttosto "bisogno" ...., anche se in realtà non è affatto necessario.
Perché probabilmente...?
Coloro che non sono realmente pronti o nella situazione, individualmente chiaramente "a prendere le tasche" e "investire alcuni (per se stessi)", si chiederanno molto rapidamente come sia la realtà ....., poiché una dipendenza si allinea all'altra ..., fino a quando la "catena" sembra quasi non prendere fine e quindi il "pericolo" del "non vale la pena" o "troppo costoso" si "si avvicina sempre di più", a parte i costi dell'intero nella somma finale....
Va anche menzionata la volontà di adattare un "modello di business" a cui non si può sfuggire, perché inoltre non è così facile trovare spazi liberi per le alternative.
Quindi, più ampi sono i componenti necessari, più grandi sono naturalmente le dipendenze l'una dall'altra, ma anche u. U. le "defunzioni funzionali del tutto", per quanto riguarda il funzionamento, la manutenzione, ecc.
Inoltre, nella stragrande maggioranza dei casi, tutto è anche "installato in modo fisso" e quindi non è realmente "utilizzabile in mobilità".
Naturalmente, la "digitalizzazione nello sport e in particolare come qui nel tennis" ha anche "aspetti diversi" ....., da un lato nell'area di un "intrattenimento privato tra i giocatori di tennisti" (espresso da me in modo così "divertente")..., ma, ed è di questo che mi interessa principalmente qui, vale a dire la cosa più importante è il cosiddetto "valore aggiunto situazionale" nel lavoro di coaching, che di fatto è effettivamente "misurabile e presentabile" e quindi efficacemente il coach di tennis aiuta effettivamente al "vantaggio del lavoro di coaching e dei suoi giocatori/studenti da supervisionare" nel senso di un'ottimizzazione qualitativa del lavoro, questo fattore non è sempre menzionato principalmente.
Praticamente ogni allenatore di tennis si impegna più o meno a fornire al suo lavoro, per quanto elaborato e completo possa essere pratico, un "timbro professionale completo"..., proprio come fa anche il tennista "entusiasta di cuori" nel suo attivismo in campo.
Non è il giocatore che porta la digitalizzazione per l'allenatore ai suoi eventi di allenamento e alle partite, questo dovrebbe essere di propria responsabilità dell'allenatore di tennis responsabile e il suo obiettivo...., no, è soprattutto "la testa e il know-how e la creatività delle idee" dell'allenatore con il suo tesoro di esperienza, che deve essere utilizzato dall'allenatore.
In definitiva, la "ricchezza di invenzioni e la diversità di idee" dei coach veramente interessati erano ed è ancora la vera "creazione" nel coaching e in tutti i tipi di sport.
E proprio in questo senso la digitalizzazione non dovrebbe essere "esclusa", perché le possibilità sono naturalmente presenti ...., perché lo spettro sembra invece così "raro" nella maggior parte dei casi come si può trovare così spesso, non è dovuto alla "finestra temporale" in cui viviamo attualmente..., invece, come nei tempi antichi primordiali, nella maggior parte dei casi, l'"intercomunicazione puramente verbale" è lasciata allo "spazio d'azione".
A questo proposito, nella stragrande maggioranza dei casi, per quanto riguarda le proprie strutture e forme di lavoro, la pagina Coach non sempre utilizza strumenti e metodi di ottimizzazione degli strumenti di lavoro corrispondenti al nostro tempo (le eccezioni purtroppo confermano ancora la regola...)
La mia "esperienza chiave", che ricordo ancora oggi in questo contesto, risale agli anni 1999/2000 a BCN in Spagna.
Perché lì mi è venuto in mente l'ex tennista professionista spagnolo Sergio Casal..., che proprio allora (... si ascolta e si stupisce...) nell'ambito della mia formazione sulla licenza della licenza di pro-coaching spagnola a BCN stesso su questo argomento "dalla sua valutazione personale e punto di vista" e punto di vista" in spagnolo ha detto "senso" in spagnolo..., anzi piuttosto già "si lamentava un po', vale a dire ..., che dal suo punto di vista i "mezzi ausili e le possibilità di espressione tecnica" disponibili nel "coaching sportivo" dovrebbero essere notevolmente migliorati ...., ...e moltissimi allenatori di tennis spagnoli e internazionali presenti lì "sono d'accordo" ..., ... ha anche detto quanto sarebbe stato efficace avere "solo UNA macchina personale e facilmente "attrezzatura da commerciabile" per il quale il Coach può fare tutto..., ...per se stesso come allenatore da un lato ma anche per il giocatore....", come è vero....,
E proprio queste "parole" mi hanno effettivamente spinto ancora una volta nel 2020 a provare tutto questo ....., Sergio Casal lo sapeva oggi (dai tempi passati), "oggi" potrebbe suscitare un "leggero sorriso sorridente .....".
Molti dei miei colleghi lo sanno e spesso lo hanno citato volentieri più e più volte ....: La "verità" è sul campo.... come è vero....,
E qui, per quanto riguarda il contesto completo di questo detto, molto spesso in realtà sempre "solo" il giocatore di tennis | attore in un primo momento ......, solo che questa affermazione anche (... e "grazie a Dio" ...) riguarda anche e in particolare non riguarda solo il giocatore, ma anche per l'allenatore / allenatore stesso e ha un significato, che è molto spesso dimenticato e nascosto ....., perché anche per lui (l'allenatore stesso) "verità, professionalità e successo" (con e per il suo "allievo") c'è anche sul campo ....

L'allenatore può presentare tutto in modo "pratico" e "comprensibile" in qualsiasi momento, sia on- che off-Court...
Questo è sempre alla fine la cosa decisiva.
Quello che vedrete nelle pagine seguenti è l'"obiettivo raggiunto" di fatto della mia "idea o Visione", che volevo implementare secondo aspetti moderni.
Almeno per la prima volta ho "discusso verbalmente" il tutto nel dicembre 2022 a Monaco di Baviera con un ex giocatore professionista (Verbands-unabh. Coach), e inoltre ancora una volta con un ex. I giocatori professionisti di CH a Straubing hanno verificato nel maggio 2023..., sì ..., probabilmente ha "ucciso" entrambi ... per quanto riguarda la profondità di granulazione, e per quanto riguarda le funzioni del "lavoro di coaching basato sul sistema" in questa ampiezza e profondità.
Il fatto che questo sistema possa funzionare in modo completamente autonomo senza connessioni interne senza connessioni infrastrutturali basate su servizi online professionali (ad eccezione dei "moduli del fornitore di servizi analitici" che richiedono una connessione Internet...) è una caratteristica importante da menzionare ...., quindi il coach stesso decide in base alla situazione su tutto ciò che "si adatta" alle rispettive località e ai giocatori...., e tutto questo sulla base di una cosiddetta "tecnologia One-Device".
"DIGITALIZZAZIONE pura" per un metodo di lavoro preciso e la progettazione dei risultati dal processo di coaching con prestazioni misurabili "in generale" e un kit di costruzione di strumenti di sistema modulare adatto integrato sotto forma di moduli aggiuntivi funzionali....,
Ciò significa anche che tutto ciò che un allenatore di tennis trova da solo come "fornitore di conoscenze e informazioni" attraverso ulteriori funzioni digitali in linea con la sua attività di coaching e vorrebbe utilizzarle, può essere tecnicamente formalmente "integato" nel sistema complessivo in qualsiasi momento.
Nella misura in cui sono necessarie le infrastrutture necessarie per l'uso, queste devono ovviamente essere fornite.
Ciò che è ancora da menzionare per gli amici di applicazioni e servizi basati su Internet è che è facilmente possibile avviare un servizio online (come ad esempio Wingfield-LK-System, KITRIS, DartFish, PlaySight, TennisAnalytics o simili come 40LOVE.AI ....) dal sistema principale "Smart-Pro-Tennis-Coach" e utilizzarlo tramite "User-LogIn" (nella misura in cui una connettività Internet esistente lo consente, ovviamente) e anche archiviare questi risultati, ad esempio nella sezione dei risultati del match tracker sulla rispettiva persona giocatore come documentazione - è quindi un'altra possibilità aggiuntiva per visualizzare lo spettro dell'applicazione stessa per quanto riguarda Determinare la portata e il contenuto per se stessi.
CONCLUSIONE:
In ogni caso, resta quindi concludere che un tale "sistema di coaching per lo sport del tennis" in questa forma digitale come l'ampiezza delle informazioni e la complessità dei dettagli con carattere stand-alone e "one-device" e offline-online, ma anche con le opzioni di connessione esterne e generali opzionali su tutte le funzionalità usuali, finora NON esiste in questa forma ...., oh sì ..., ma va anche da menzionare ... che il "coach stesso e la sua testa" ...., in ogni caso devono continuare a "svolgere e "funzionare" il ruolo principale" e "funzionare" per questo deve essere mostrata anche una "disposizione imparziale" in relazione alla digitalizzazione ....😉 - perché questo sistema è stato costruito intenzionalmente completamente libero da qualsiasi "determinazione estera" per quanto riguarda la metodologia, la formalità, la filosofia, le individualità e i regolamenti nazionali, ecc. per quanto riguarda il tema del "coaching del tennis".
Dal mio punto di vista, tutti i moduli integrati nel sistema sono funzionalmente molto adatti per un lavoro di coaching e sono stati ampiamente testati e hanno funzionato senza problemi.
Quando ho iniziato questo compito di progetto nel 2020, ovviamente non sapevo dove "sarei arrivato" in termini di risultati..., oggi so che "non è stato vano" ...., OBIETTIVO RAGGIUNTO ....
A questo proposito, nonostante la digitalizzazione o proprio per questo, in termini di portata e complessità, richiede un "impegno pratico" assolutamente professionale da parte dell'allenatore ....,
